I used 55 keys when the june tonic arrived, and I got nothing but an elite monk tome. Rest was Firewaters/Chreme, and abunch of really crappy gold skins, and didn't get any perfect mods from them. I also got acouple regular tomes... But it was definately a big waste of money, I turned 275k into 10k. I have probably spent about 1000k or more on keys since I started using it a few months ago... Best thing I got was q9 stormbow which I sold for 85k, q9 motiv Eternal Shield = 40k, q9 dragon kamas = 40k, and that's about it for decent items. So I basically have lost over 900-1000k from using the chest. It is really a gold sink, and very expensive gamble. The chance of getting something really nice is very high, and need to be very lucky. I am guessing that barely anyone makes all their money back in the long run, maybe except those very luck sons of bitches.
