Either the vast majority are all lying or they really do drop from the chest.

Eternal blades do drop from the chest. A req. 13 eternal blade with crap mods dropped for my friend. Ill ask if he has a screenie but you'll have to assume good faith for the time being.

Coincidence? I think not.
They drop from the chest, and if someone did get one, I would imagine they could care less about screen-shotting it, especially considering if they 'post' a screen of their drop, they will even further harm their chances of selling for as much as they can get.

I'm with Herbalizer though. Due to the huge upswing in the # of crystalines, styigan reavers, and eternal blades showing up on auctions over the past few days... it seems like they do indeed drop from chests.

Well i think its safe to say you can get any rare weapon except tormented, destroyer, BMP and the IDS from the chest from the range of weapons its dropping.

this chest is rubbish, used 38 keys got around 20 firewater and creme brulee...

Opened it about 20 times, had a few high req common golds, couple lockpicks and the usual sweets/drinks.
It's funny though, how the chest supposedly drops all these tasty weapons, yet nobody ever manages to take a screenie. Would probably be the first thing I did if I got a nice drop.
