is there a collectors holy/smiting rod with +5 energy?

Yes, there is. I'm not exactly sure where, but I know there is one for Death Necros as well. The smiting one is +5 while enchanted, though. I think it's given after completing a quest in the Lions Arch area, not positive though.

As far as I know, the only non-conditional energy rod that is easy to pick up is the Fire Wand from around Nolani from a collector.

Since it doesn't matter wether you meet the requirement or not to get the energy, most players use this one as a cheap replacement for the famous HoD sword.

either that or there is a +3 over 50 energy, 10% all skill recharge holy rod thats available from a Yaks Bend quest. It was my bread and butter for a long long time. i need a new one
