Account banned

Now this will either get my account back, or take me out of the guru forever

Right what happened is a while back, I had an account named J A F F A which is my IGN.

What happened was a friend made a bid on one of my itmes, the guru then banned my account and terminated his account because apparently I was alt accounting.
He then made a new account because he couldn't get on his old one, and he had no idea what had happenedw ith his other.
What happened then was that account was terminated and so was my J A F F A, because apparently I was trying to bypass my ban.

This leaves my with the fact I can't use my IGN anywhere because I'll get instantly banned...
All I'm asking for is that I can make an account named Jaffa and be able to say my IGN without being banned....

Where do I go or what do I do to make this happen?

Contact an admin or mod via PM. They're likely to come in here quickly (mods/admins seem pretty common around GWG) but it's probably better to explain yourself to an admin in private.

contact the forum moderator for whichever area banned you, ventari then contact a ventari mod....etc.

Peachie seems to be active in Ventari's at the moment.

There are rules against having friends, family, roommates etc etc from posting offers on your auction.

But since it wasn't actually you that broke the rule perhaps they'll be more lenient to you. When these kind of things happen you generally pm one of the mods to that sub-forum.

It would be best for you to contact Inde, the Admin.

PM a Forum Moderator, if you get nowhere or the problem isn't resolved, PM Inde or Chief.

PM Inde, Chief, Dralspire or Lasareth. A super moderator would most likely contact an admin about this and a normal moderator cannot do anything about bans or name changes.
