This Shield has been vexing me, because it has stats that are excellant, but it is a shield of a relatively non rare skin.

I'd like to see what you guys think

Requirement : 8 Strength
+43 Health While in Stance
Inscribable
with the inscription "Only the Strong Survive"

Any ideas?
