error 221

Hello i cant connect to guild wars i get error 221 it was working fine it morning
my firewall is ok and i have no internet problems
EDIT:i got in somehow but the client online store cant connect

There is no Error 221 so please provide a screenshot as to what is happening!

It doesnt happen to me anymore
i think the update fixed something
