Q13 Guardian of the hunt

I need PC on this shield:

Guardian of the Hunt of Endurance (req 13 tactics)
Health +44 (in stance)
inscription: Measure for Measure (highly salvagable)

I can chance inscription and mods, so no problem with that, just tell me what should be best (hp +30, -5/20%,...)

30hp and Some inscription With armor For casters.. Not sure i would think 20-30k?
