Get the Sunspears in Kryta quest from Lionguard Figo in Lion's Arch.

Beware that the ensuing combat portion will involve fighting some fairly hard-hitting level 20+'s. You may want some help if you're trying to keep a Survivor title.

thanks

i gather it is easier to get to nightfall from a location in factions since the henchmen are lvl 20. so if i was to get faction expansion how could i get to factions from prophecy. it may be worth it.

thanks

The factions mission is not easier, in fact I think it is proportionate because you have 8 level 20 characters as opposed to 6 level 10ish characters. That being said the mission from Lion's Arch is not difficult. Get a couple level 20's to help you out and you will be fine

Similar method.. get the appropriate quest from one of the NPCs in Lion's Arch. In this case, Mhenlo's Request from Firstwatch Sergio.

are these lvl 20 henchmen or other players? are the monsters in prophecy mission less stronger than the factions since the henchmen are lvl 10?

Not sure if you mean to say this, but you don't "transfer" a character to Nightfall, you simply do a quest to gain "access" to Nightfall. You are free to come and go between Prophecies and Nightfall, once you've done that quest. (Same with Factions and EoN.)

You have to get to Kaening center, then from there you go to Bejunkun pier, (or whatever it's called).

Just check guild wars wiki for the specifics.

I also wanted to note that getting from Factions to NF or Prophecies is much easier as you have access to level 20 henchmen or heroes by then. Getting from Nightfall to Factions or Prophecies is also easier. Why they didn't supply you w/ level 20 henchmen to go from Prophecies to Factions or NF is beyond me...

They're just less stronger due to the area you're in. For example, Lion's Arch is in North Kryta Province, where (in normal mode) the foes are around the low/mid-teens level thus level 10 henchmen are adequate. When you move to Factions, you end up on the mainlands, bypassing the starter island, where the foes are level 20 so higher level henchmen are provided.

I definitely feel that the LA one is harder than the KC quest.

Having said that, they are both very doable if you go with level 20 friends and their Heroes.

They're pretty similar difficulty wise, oh and ignore the comments about the Prophecies one having easier monsters because of where it is, the monsters are special ones generated just for the quest/mission, and bear little relation to those found in Kryta. Personally though, unless you intend been carried everywhere you go, I would advise leaving it until you reach at least level 17 to go to Factions, as once you get there you land slap bang in the middle of an area designed for level 20s, and anything much lower than 17 is gonna be dead weight for your teams to have to carry. If you are just doing it for the armor from Kaineng though that's not a problem.

As has been said, just get a couple of level 20 guildies/friends to give you a hand with the quest/mission to get there, if they are even half decent players it shouldn't be too difficult for them.
