Ive just had a glowing runic maul drop 4 me in factions while i was farming and i was wondering wether it was worth anything:
19-35 (req9 hammer mastery)
+15% whilst enchanted
sundering 20/19
armor +7 (vs phiscal dmg)
i was also wondering wether u can get these inscriptable if so plz do tell like that i can try and get an inscriptable 1
