I know this is disrupting the flow of the anchorman based title but for those really hard core players, y not make a 7th maxed title for koabd and make I Am Legend for the new movie coming out.

If they were to do this it I would only agree if it required 1 maxed PvP title: Glad, champ, or hero

The amount of players who have got r6 KoaBD is so few that there is no point in making there be another rank just to appease these die-hard few. If you aren't happy with 'only' being able to show you have 30 max titles maybe you should get the;
'Omg the sunlight burns!(7)' or 'I need a doctor' title.

Thing is, there's not enough maxable titles to get 35, and Anet won't add any more, because GW2 is priority, and there would be no titles to add without new content. Therefore, no need to add in a rank 7...

It is impossible to max all titles(including PvP ones), and it is proved to be impossible to max them all in less than 5 years if you playing two hours a day.

This would not be a good idea, since the only people who can have 35 titles are characters created after LDoA and Survivor were introduced. Older toons only have 34 available titles. So all it would do is cause (another) series of whine threads that older toons can't get LS/LDoA.
That being said, I'm sure if they add just one more max title, it'll be accompanied with r7.
