Course, it's 100% unbalenced, and totally way out of line... But damn son, that would be bloody awesome. I would enjoy knowing the mechanics of what that skill would entail. Would you become totally void of attention? (AKA, aggro no longer applies to you for X time.)

As a PvE skill, it really doesn't need balance. Tie it to Illusion. If you move, you lose disappear. It is roughly the equivalent to Gwen's Feign Death or Hide in the BMP. I think it would be fun.

If the skill were a PvE-only skill, how would screw over the game? If the skill required that the player not move, how would this screw over the game? Would it be better if it were indirectly linked to Fast Casting (With Fasting Casting 4 or less, this spell has a 50% chance to fail)?

On a side note, look at the skill "Spontaneous Combustion" that was taken out, I believe it was meant to be a end boss (mob only) type skill, but still wtf?

There's a reason why they removed that skill from the game. It's either going to be insanely game breaking (allow for easy farming of any boss/mob or running) or completely useless (if you make it end when you move/attack/cast).

I would prefer a PvE skill like "Hide" and/or "Feign Death," the skills Gwen use in the BMP. Could be cool and at least more creative than the PvE skills we have currently.

Personally I'd like to see Lightning Storm make a reappearance (pun only slightly intended), properly balanced of course. It's never seemed right that Fire Storm doesn't have an appropriate lightning-based AoE counterpart. Chain Lightning is alright, but who wouldn't like to cast giant bolts of electricity down upon their enemies?

Call of Brutality:
Change Duration from 30 to 20s, reduce armor Penetration to 5-25% and let the Pet deal the 1-12 more damage, when the enemy suffers on an condition.
Finally raise Energy Cost to 15. and reduce Recharge to 45s.

To make lightning storm balanced it'd have to stick with air skills nature of that target and up to two adjacent targets.

Spell. Create a Lightning Storm at target foe's location. For 2...6 seconds, one foe adjacent to that location and up to 1...2 foes adjacent to that foe are struck for 5...29...35 lightning damage each second. This spell has 25% armor penetration and causes exhaustion.
To be honest.. all of those pet skills are super over buffed. Do you realize what could then happen? Thumper groups would be back, but instead there'd be a ranger shouter with them, yes, those are shouts and skills, THEY stack. That'd be one indomitable force.

@Shadow: that was only a 1st concept...meteor Shower is still much stronger
max damage of Meteor Shower goes above 100 damage per meteor and meteor knocks down enemies...lightning storm only blinds them then and only when it hits knocked down foes it gives the cracked armor effect instead
Skill Cost, cast time, and recharge are similar to meteor shower...with the 25% AP of typical lightning spells, LS will have similar power like meteor storm...
I made in the end only a lightniung based meteor shower skill, with the only difference, that it doesn't knock down foes....it will blind or crack armor

Dang, I'd put most of those on my Beast Mastery Bar from that removed skills index. Those would have been nice.
