Lets say you are a 16 domination mesmer and a monster drop for you a nice staff for you, but the req on the staff is 7/8/9+ smiting prayers
, so my proposal is that the merchants in towns outposts sell a change req item/tool like for 500g that changes the req of the weapon you want, but it will be random, and also the numbers of atribute points req to use the weapon will change too, and finally this tool will have a 10% of chance of failure destroying the item and the mods on it.
