Armor Penetration

How many of the following stack?

[skill]primal rage[/skill] [skill]judge's insight[/skill] and a +20 Armor Penetration weapon run at 9 Strength?

I am not a math wiz so i am wondering if anyone can help me out.

I seem to be hitting very hard but I am not sure if one skill is a waste


Very hard meaning 100 plus on casters witout protection
and 70 on warriors

Strength and Primal Rage will not stack, so you will get the benefit from the higher value (Primal Rage when up). You will get an additional 20% from judge's insight, and an additional 20% from a max sundering mod when it hits (20% chance).

Meaning you can get highest AP when playing r/mo equipped with a sundering horbow while enchanted by judge's insight and using sundering/penetrating attack.

I wonder how much percent that would come down to....
