Reset Password

My brother recently decided to come back to GW, but he can't remember his password. The "reset password" feature seems to only work for PlayNC accounts (he's using an email address). How does he get his password back?

Explain the situation in full. He'll get an automated message, then one from a GM. They will ask for certain information before allowing the reset.

Tell him to have his CD Keys ready and the other information he used when creating the account.

Well, my brother being as disorganized as he is doesn't have his keys...I guess that's $70 down the drain....

If he tells them that he's lost his keys they 'may' decide to be nice, there is other information they can use in order to reset the password. Just be sure that he's nice and polite to them.
