As dropped from Zoldark's Chest (not Zaishen chest that everyone is crazy over):
start bid : 30k (purposely low because I don't feel that r11 should be that expensive)
buyout: 100k+lockpicks (probably not going to get there, I put buyout high to discourage people from just snagging it...it's an auction after all...)
Regardless of if someone takes buyout, this will end if nobody bids for 5 days
