Yeah, I'd like something like this. I have heaps of them tucked away on a mule character, probably more than enough to get the first tier of the title at least. The only problem I see with it is that fireworks are very common. I got almost all of mine just from the Canthan New Year gifts. Sweets and alcohol are at least a bit uncommon (or they used to be. You can get all you want from certain repeatable quests/dungeons nowadays, instead of having to wait until Halloween or Wintersday).
But anyway, I'd still like it.

I remember names like that.I guess I'll /sign for all the "useless" items, and not just fireworks. It's not a bad title idea, and it'd be nice to see some madness in the towns as hoarders light sparklers and release all their ghosts-in-the-box, snowmen, etc at once.
