steady stance/drunken blow/+15% while in stance

Basically a friend of mine is wondering if he uses drunken blow while in steady stance, will he still get the dmg bonus from a +15% while in stance weapon.

I don't see any reason why he wouldn't get the +15%.

I would believe that would you get the +15% from Stance, as Drunken Blow states that you get knocked down AFTER doing the attack, and thus Steady Stance would still be up when you do the damage.
