I just think this type of thread is repetitive. Lets say, they have a skill nerf, and balance them, and make lowly ones more powerful. you ALWAYS are going to haev crappy skills. there are THOUSANDS of them, no doubt some are not going to be used, leave things be, and it wont be a problem.
Overpowered?? Nerf it, id give the go ahead. But theres no hope for making bad skills useable constantly, theres always gonna be that problem.

True, but there are loads of skills that just suck hard and have no place in any build whatsoever. Warrior's Endurance, for example, is crap, there's never any reason to use it over an IAS.

And Tenai's prison and Ice prison are supposed to have the same effect.

It causes exhaustion. You can't really spam exhaustion-causing skills, so at 10r no exhaustion, you'd use it as much as you can, so it would be spammed more than it is now.

mmm, I don't doubt your wrong about the water ele spells you mentioned, or barbs.
fox fangs is inferior to Wild strike except for being 1/2 cast. Which in the currently world where pretty much every assassin has an IAS. doesn't mean much. Wild strike can be used 2 times in the time it takes fox fangs to be used Once. Removes a stance. And has higher damage. Fox fangs just executes a bit faster. giving it a 1..3 second DW makes it on par with it. Hoto still isn't as strong as it once was, and kiting makes the assassin inflicted with Weakness, still making it not as powerful as before. Seems perfectly fair =P Disrupting stab, being 20...40 (armor affected) doesn't do much anyways. since it would be armor affected (and only work on spells) its really going to do about 35 and below damage if it hits a spell. Notice how you didn't complain about much else though =P I think im growing on you. Moloch Vein

imo:
- Remove recharge time - Increase Duration to 20 .. 70 - Instead of 'next time', it's 'whenever'. so it doesn't end when a kd is prevented. This would still be a horrible elite on a monk, however running in on a mesmer or any other midline char would make it a good defensive buff. Strippable Immunity to knockdowns seems fair to me Xylia

You'd almost definitely need to increase energy cost and/or casting time for this to be feasible. Barbs is already pretty powerful.
