I beleive all destroyer weapons are animated, I know my scythe is.

Some of the animations are rather faint and won't appear if your graphic settings aren't up there.

well i'll be damned.... and all this time i thought it was just an ugly stick with a red point... now it's an ugly stick with a glowing red point. NICE!

LOL. Yeah I just got a graphics upgrade and now I can see the lava moving on my destroyer weapons...

Yeah the animations are much more noticable on higher graphics settings. At max the animations are actually very nice..especially staff and spear.
