kind of hard to beat the game now
assassin of the night
since so much people are on NF/Factions/and EOTH its kind of hard to beat the game now and i want to farm HM right now im at the missions by droks...any ideas of what i can do or wat?
Proff
Join a good guild and get some people to do those things with you, and it doesnt matter what chapter you own really cause its impossible to find any good hm groups outside the "elite" areas of the game.
Stupid Shizno
most of the missions can be done hero/hench if your equipped with the right skills.
but yea, find a good guild, sounds like thats the answer to........all of gw problems, funny how that works.

You just need one friend. I did Legendary Guardian in no time with my friend and heroes.
Wakka
Thats assuming that he has nf or eotn
Joining a good guild is probably your best bet.

Joining an active guild is always good ... but the Prophecies storyline is not exceedingly challenging either, if you just want to get it done for HM farming. After Factions came out I run my new Factions characters through Prophecies as well with just henches on my side (because all guildies were in Cantha and nobody had ever heard about heroes) and didn't find that too troublesome. If you can take some heroes (NF or EotN) with you, it's a cakewalk in NM. If you find just one other person to do it with you it's a cakewalk and fun, too
bifter
Every single Prophecies mission is easily beatable with hench alone (not even heroes needed). Just think about your team set-up, be prepared to take one or two failed attempts while you refine tactics, and go for it. I think you'll be surprised how easy they are.
Wakka
Depending on your prof you could have trouble with the first few missions
Pick Me
I think the only ones that may be hard would be the ones where you either, can't attack the guardians (for bonus) or keeping agro happy Prince Rurik alive, assuming you go H/H.
You can do all of the missions with just 1 human and the rest heros. Just as long as you all know what to do and how to do it.
Sometimes, getting the bonus first and failing the mission is okay.

Are you playing a Sin? Whisper me in game and I will have a group of guild members there to help you.

just post into the PuG forum you might find a few people who need the same missions. I guess some will even do the missions just for the good old times

Imo there are virtually no hard missions in Prophecies. The only thing that is hard is finding a good group. I was having some trouble beating proph as well before I bought eotn and got some heroes.
Now in just the past week I have beaten all the ring of fire missions and bonuses on my first or second try and have finished all other bonuses that most ppl think are hard (dunes of despair, riverside, ring of fire stuff, ect...) and finally got my protector title.
Not having heroes does make it harder though since you cant customize henchies to fight a certain type of enemy but you should still be able to do it with just henchies.

beating Proph in NM can easily be done with H/H
I managed to beat all mission from the 3 campaign as a Survivor
like said above, do HM with a friend and 6 Heroes

Another easy way to do hm missions/vanquishing is using eotn consumables. combining grail of might with armor of salvation puts you on an even toe (or a sick advantage) with any hm group you can encounter in tyria.(all party members get +100 hp, +10nrg, +1 to all stats, -5 dmg reduction (including spells) crit hit immunity, and +10 armour for 30 min). i just vanquished all of tyria with only heroes and henchies using these in the harder areas.
can get a little expensive though. some missions take longer than 30 min to do.

agreed with the guy above me, all missions are easily henchable.

I just got Guardian of Tyria for my Warrior this past weekend, and I did all missions and bonuses with H/H, except for Thunderhead, which I had done months ago helping a guildie out. If you have heroes unlocked, use Sab's build (see Hero / AI forum) as a good starting template. Ok, not good, but EXCELLENT. Simply adjust your skills depending upon the enemies you know you'll see in the area. I beat all 23 (not counting Ascension) with Olias and Master of Whispers in my group. Necros make better nukers than Ele's, by far, if set up correctly. Their armor-ignoring AoE damage can be huge. Except for babysitting stupid Rurik, it wasn't very difficult.

Yup, love them

They don't need to rage quit, they pickup things before you even notice. They also don't lag, or lose connection. They also don't listen. If I tell them to stay put, they figit around, yap and run to attack once enemies get too close. They don't always do as they are supposed to.

One good thing about Henchies and Heroes for me is that they are always avalible to do whatever you want. The bad side is, when you want to map they like to get in the way. >.<
And Tyrian Missions are so Henchable, its crazy. Though real people help too. ^^"

Umm learn how to put them in avoid combat mode if you dont want them moving?
Or better yet, always flag your heros back and then pull the targets to them so that you can avoid them scattering and over agroing. I find heroes very easy to control and do what I want.

go buy NF??? With NF u can hero and hench everything.
Human time on Factions mission : 5 min (example only)
H and H time on factions mission : 2-3 min (my average)
You could Hench everything if u wanted to as well but it takes some work soice the henches fdon't seem to be as smart...then again I control my heros skill bars as well Darn Vekk keeps on glpyh of sacing his SF lol

After finishing Cantha HM, I started Tyria.
I always do what I thought to be the toughest mission:
RoF
Thunderhead Keep
Aurora Glade
Dragon's Lair
RoF's mission were made easy by using my hero ritualist playing Defensive Spirit Spam.
And before New Year came, having failed sevaral times with PUG HM, I tried to solo H/H Thunderhead Keep, failed the first attempt, but finished the missions 3 times successfully. I have to do it 3 times because I cant seem to get the bonus, not fast enough to light beacons before the dwarves says their trigger words. On the 4th time, I took another real player just to light the beacon faster. He was doubtful if we could do it 2 Persons in HM, and we did finished it, and he was surprise.
One of my H/H Thunderhead Keep mission accomplished:
Being a Rit, I can place long-lasting offensive spirits for extra hitters, and then use Ursan for faster kill.
If I can solo/H/H THK, I have the feeling you can do the same to MANY missions in Tyria. Have done 14/25 of Tyrian missions in just a week.
As someone has said, what makes Tyria HM difficult is not the missions themselves, but finding people in HM. It is faster if missions is done with real players, at least, if you have players who may be inexperience but knows how to listen.
