This is a 20/10 non-inscribable from cantha. If you are chasing a divine favour generic for prot and heal then my preference is for the universal mod over say paying another 5k to slap on an aptitude not attitude and getting HCT 20% divine favour (seeing as most spells will be prot or heal). Well those are my thoughts, but indeed your needs may be different.
