Arm the Militia!!

So, GW still insists on dropping white 7-13 damage (Req 6) weapons when you kill level 28 monsters.

No self-respecting level 6 guy, fresh off the starter islands, will want them. But NPCs don't care, and there's a war out there!

Instead of selling those stuff for pocket change, we should be able to donate them to the locals for faction points!

Luxon, Kurzick, Norn, Ebon Vanguard, Asura and Deldrimor could use all the lousy weapons we find.

How about a new title instead, and it'd have to be as hard as drunkard to get, since I get those lousy weapons all the time.

May I expand on the idea? I like it and I have an idea to add.

If you were able to redeem weapons for faction, you'd lack the space to make it worth it. Obviously they wouldn't give a decent amount of faction for 4-10 items. I don't know about you guys, but with all the greens and armor on my main character, I am limited to half of my main bag. Of those slots, golds and rune armors fill it up pretty quickly.

It would help to have an item that you could take from an NPC that would allow you to drop unwanted weapons on to. Then you would of course lose the item and its statistics info, but you'd gain another number on your stack. I think the pile would be customized to stop farming / selling.

Interesting, that thing whoop shotty suggests sounds like a douffle bag, you can put the weapons in.
Maybe you aught to get the choice weather to donate the weapons for faction to a specific faction or vend them to a neutral party for a title.
I'd like the title to be trader or merchant, that sounds better than logistics officer.

/signed but limit the numbers so its not easily abused. say 2pts per crappy weapon. this makes it crappy weapons worth (at least to me) worth slightly more than the 20g you would get otherwise.
