Things like 15k Templar or Elite Sunspear or Primeval Armor skins, unlockable through massive expenditure of faction. Fellblades, Skull Shields, etc. etc.

Last time I checked they hadn't implemented that. Would be a nice thing for the PvP-only people.

No, you can't.

You can upgrade pvp skins, but it isn't actually unlocking the skin.
