First of all, were do you get these keys. Are the chests in a PvP area?

Keys are givin from the tournament rewards NPC for 5,000 Balthasaur faction or 5 reward points.

Keys open a zaishin chest that drops pretty much anything.
The chest spawns in the isle of the nameless in the area a character spawns when you make a pvp character.
