PC on a couple of gold weapons

Hi, I'm new to the game, but I've already figured out that only max weapons are worth anything, but I want to make sure before I salvage these for their upgrades.




And if I should salvage them, are the prices on the price guide for the fortitude upgrades accurate? (3k for the bow string and 2k for the staff wrapping) Thanks.
