I was making a PVP rit when as I made it, it was going toward Shing Jea Monestary. Whoops I made it pve on accidient! So I just go back to character screen and theres an empty character slot, hmm I think that should be where the pve rit is. Anyways I click it and I make another rit this time for pvp not pve! As I click create it says that I can't create another new char because I already have maximum number of chars, but I cant delete it since its an empty character slot! What do I do? Maybe it messed up because the pve char I logged out of and went to char selection screen so it couldnt have been "in" and outpost since it never had access to the monestary it was in that little training area...

That happens to me sometimes creating chars it's annoying
Just fully close GW and restart it will show the char in the "empty" slot and just delete it
then make your PVP one.
Hope it helps

yeah had the same thing happen the last time I made a new toon....just exit gw and start up again, and there will be a toon in that spot.

Think thats bad? I've got Error=7 out to the login screen before, to find Four empty char slots. I have Proph+Factions+Nightfall and GW:EN, Plus an extra char slot, so to see this happen, 3 times, is quite chilling. Just a big bug though, I log in and out instantly and it's fixed.

Ah, so that's why it happens.. I believe it happened two times when I zoned to Maguuma Stade (Usually I'm bored, mapping all around proph) And another time somewhere else, and I generally impatiently click multiple times on everything, so that explains it I guess, thanks.

Same exact same thing happened to me but it was more times and more frequently.

Strangely enough i changed my password...

Happened to me once, scared the feces out of me. 3 Sets of FoW armor, titles, all whoosh, gone. I quit the game in anger, only to log back on the next day to find everything in perfect order. *grumble*

Yeah, Rahja, and Onarik. It was a mini horror novel, in other words, lol. I turned pale.. but realized it couldn't be possible since over half my char slots were missing.. now if all 9 were there, and empty, *then* I would sh*t myself.

That happened to me during the gw:en preview, I was going into the eotn when the screen went back to character selection and I just had 4 free character slots; at that time I had 8 pve characters and about 11 slots. Freaking scary, for real. And about the main issui of the topic, yea, it also happened to me; I just thought I was dumb being not able to find a lvl 1 character in my account xD

Happened to me quite a few times.
Just log out and log back in (Out of game, when you have to put your pass and email in)
Then you'll see your pve rit, delete it and make a pvp one

This has happened to me 2 times with a PVP toon. After being defeated in RA I was waiting for the isle to load and right at the last second the character screen pops up with 4 empty slots. Almost bought a plane ticket for WA that day with my only luggage being the ugly stick for some open a can of whoop arse carnage. Any way I logged off and back on and everything was cool. Should have tired to make a new toon to see what happens.
