how do i reset my password????

i need to know urgently!!!

my guildwars account password the one you log onto guildwars with where you enter your email and then your password

this is VERY URGET!!

SOMEONE IS ON MY ACCOUNT RIGHT NOW im sorry but i jsut have to know so i cna get them off asap ive tried calling customer support but they arent there!

go to the log in screen and click reset password, then follow the directions from there

how do you add a guildwars account to a plaync account?? maybe i can do it that way

Open the client and hit "Reset Password" on the login screen

Just go to account management then go from there to reset password its reall simple all ya gotta do is remember ur pass and be more carfull of what ur saying:P

I needed to reset the password just last week and after having difficulties with remembering my plaync accounts details I wrote (e-mail) to support.

I have to say that their reply was quite prompt and after answering several key questions as they related to my 3 accounts I was given my plaync account name as I had tottaly forgotten it.

Then I had difficulties in remembering my password to my plaync account so I wrote to them again and they then cancelled my old password and issued me with a new password.

Once I had these 2 key things, my plaync account name and password, I went itno the plaync account and was the able to change my GUILDWARS Password.

The whole process took about 2 hours since I sent them my first e-mail, something to which I am very grateful with these guys at support.

i want change the pass 2 .. but he say me .. u need go plaync.com .. bla bla .. i do all what i need to do .. they say at end .. u dont have any game buy in plaync ..

shit , i bought all 4 games in guildwars store .. and cant change the pass .. this wack
