How in the world do I get 500ms to 30k+ ms lag spikes in *RA* only? I can d/l 500++ mb content in less than 60 seconds while uploading multiple attachments to my group assignment drop-box online and play gw wherever else while virtually keeping 30 to 150ms ping consistently.
I swear I took a screenie of one which I had around 30,02x ms lag spike I had last weekend.
