Prophecies is easily the longest, followed, by Nightfall then Factions. However, Factions did seem to take me a little longer timewise to do then Nightfall because most of the missions are locked until you complete quests to unlock them and I found that annoying somewhat.
RPGmaniac
I'd still say Prophecies because it has 25 missions and seems to go the slowest. This is assuming you DO all of the missions. It's very easy to skip half the missions there.
Nodensis
well: the other campaigns are all expansions. GW2 is scheduled for 2009.
In pure hours, nightfall was for me the longest, factions feeled the longest and gwen is certainly the shortest.
ow and yes, prophecies> all in time

Lets see I think it was as follows in terms of hours put in: (longest to shortest)
Nightfall > Prophecies > Factions > GWEN
Nightfall > Prophecies > Factions > GWEN
Darkobra
Prophecies. Definitely.
Onarik Amrak
Prophecies .
my2cent
nightfall > prophencies because in prop just buy a run , simple and easy.

I guess it was stupid of us to assume the OP would actually play through the game, huh?

Without shortcuts, Prophecies.
With shortcuts, Factions. Mostly because of locked gates and QQ.

Pick Me
I'd go with Prophecies if we are talking City Missions only.
Otherwise, it becomes tough for me to decide.
Prophecies - goes in one direction, then you have Sorrows Furnace, Tomb Of The Primordial Kings and Titan Quests.
Factions - goes in one direction until you must choose Luxon or Kurzick. Then, once you have finished each quest, you go back and and earn your 10k faction of the otherside, and do those quests. Then there are 2 elite missions.
Nightfall - goes in one direction. Once you have finished each quest and mission, and beaten the game, you must do side quests for each unpicked hero, then do city missions that pertain to those missed heros (and get Raza). I can't remember if there is any elite missions in NF or not.

Prophecies is definitely the longest if you don't run.
Then NF, Factions, GW:EN.
Then NF, Factions, GW:EN.
Yanman.be
Nightfall took me a year to complete.
Steboy93
Prophecies imo if you do all the missions.
Cargan
Prophecies is longest, then NF, then GW:EN (if you're playing through it for the first time on a character due to long primary quests), then Factions (assuming you already have the 10k faction required it's just a series of short missions).
Rothaga
I would say Factions is the longest just because, and only because, the storyline hasnt really dragged me in, and I find I want to do other things instead of finishing it. Prophecies didnt take me too long because I really liked the storyline. For NF, I paused to do other things, but still liked the story a little.

easily prophecies. then nightfall is a few days behind, but it takes longer because you need to take breakes from the mind-numbing repetitiveness and boring enemies.
Solus Spartan
BMP > GWEN > Factions > Nightfall > Prophs

Monkey Slayer
Why is everyone saying that Proph is the longest? It's the shortest imo.
NF is my pick because it's a grindfest to get anywhere, and in Proph, you don't get a grindfest.

Depends on whether you are starting a character or not.
If you're starting one, Prophecies is definitely the longest.
If you've got a level 20, Nightfall is the longest, as it has the hardest content. With a level 20, you can breeze through 75% of Prophecies without pausing to breathe.
