Sunspear PvE skills - is their a prereq

Hi All ,

Just created a new nightfall character -first new char I made since nightfall came out
All my other chars who finished nightfall can buy the PvE skills fine from the hero skill trainers but not this new char.

The new char is level 5 - rank 1 in sunspear and could get the sunspear res signit no problem.

I have 2 hero skill points unused. I go to the trainer and he doesn't list the PvE skills (I scroll right down)

Any ideas ?
I couldn't find any limitations in the wiki other than being rank 1 to get the rez

Well, asuming that you've checked under 'Sunspear Skills', there's nothing really to offer for advice other than rising in rank. If it still doesn't show, it may be a bug. I don't beleive there is a pre-requisite as it would be mentioned.

You get SS Rebirth Signet from the Rank Officer, not the Hero Skills guy.

There are no prerequisites for the sunspear skills, aside from having at least one hero skill point available. Talk to the hero skills trainer at the Sunspear Great Hall or the Command Post, and ask to see the Sunspear skills. This is the category at the very top, and can easily be missed because your eye instinctively looks down the list.

Even then you don't actually need a hero skill point. Just 1k and a reg skill point. So, that shouldn't be a problem.
