Not Receiving Xunlai Tournament House Reward

I'm new to this Xunlai Tournament House thing... made my predictions... and when I went to visit the rewards guy, he says I won 50 tournament points/tokens.

When I look at my Hero screen and Inventory, it doesn't look like I received anything at all.

Is there something I'm missing? What do these rewards do?

Im the same mate. Went to the xunlai guy, he told me he had 75 points for me. Went straight off to trade these for Zaishen keys only to find i had 0 tournament points. Back to the xunlai guy and he still says he has points for me but doesnt give them!

Have screenshots if needed. Believe this may be a bug, unless im doing something wrong??

Got this sorted thanks to a guy in LA telling me what you have to do.

Go to Tolkano[Tournament] at the Temple of Balthazar and register your account with him. You can then claim points.

Why isnt this made clear? I looked everywhere on the GW site and nowhere did it say that had to be done to claim reward points.

What does registering do? I remember I registered my account for PlayNC and regretted it... cause all those problems with changing password, e-mail address, etc.

What do these tournament points do anyways? I'm starting to feel it's not even worth all this hassel of making predicitions, etc. I don't really PvP and to be honest, only recently started playing RA because of the new chest. I'm already losing interest in the whole thing after getting just Cremes and Firewaters.

Reward points can be used to unlock skins (armor/weapons) for pvp toons...or traded for zaishen keys...or i think flames of balthazar as well.

Registering is not much...its an in game thing...you just register your "main" toon i believe.

It's still asking me if I've made my predictions. I did and my character is registered. Why can I not get my prize? He doesn't even say I have a prize. What's going on?

I had this problem before too. Not sure if it's the exact same issue as yours, but mine was because my Xunlai Tournament House profile account had the wrong information in it. Maybe you can try checking if that's a reason.

What do you mean wrong information? I'm having a ditzy moment. lol

Sorry for not being clear - what I meant was my guild wars account information that I entered was wrong (used the wrong e-mail), which was why I never got any rewards at first.

Edit: Grr...my username is registered and as far as I know my email is too but it is still asking if I've made my predictions.

I have the same problem...

Yeah I've gotten my points a few other times before this... but now it seems like the doesn't want to give them up. Guildwars.com said the tourny ended yesterday... so maybe there's a bug or something for the December one? Not sure... grr I want some keys.

The December tournament supposedly ended on the 17th...don't know how long it takes to get the results into the system to get our prizes, but if you trying to get prizes for a tournament that hasn't ended yet (your post was on the 16th) that could be a reason your not getting anything...unless you made predictions for the November one (which i got just fine)

Well this sort of clears up my question, I am for the December one. I'll wait for another few days. Thanks for clearing this up.
