I had look on my first account ive ever made on guild wars and had found this on 1 of my guys....

Halves skill recharge of spells 20%

11-22 req9 blood
Halves casting time of spells 10%

NON INSC.... it must be at least 1 1/2 years when i got this cuz i havnt played on that account for bout a year and a few months.

It must be worth something plz post how much this would go for

40k ish now 20/10 quite common in my opinion.

Agreed - honestly even the newer ones with 20% HSR it isn't that uncommon to find 20/20's anymore. Not like the old days - then a 20% Skill Recharge and 20% Casting staff would sell for 1+ mil. ;P

Around 40k is what I'd say as well. Sorry if you were expecting loads more. ;P

If you sold it when you got it - would have easily sold for 100k+, but too many around now.
