about the pvp access kit

I just want to purchase pvp kit , If I don't have a GW account , can I use it as a stand-alone game ? Or must I purchase a chapter (like GW chaper 1)before I use it ??

you can buy the PVP only version of the game ....but you will only be able to do PVP... although you can only play it online..not as a standalone game.
