guild wars ban for nothing

okay , im SUPER angry right now
i was on guild wars in the Hotsprings, sitting there doing nothing [ i was looking up builds on the net so i could change my skill set around]

when it comes up and says "you have lost connection"
so i logged out.
i tried logging back in and it sayd
"guild wars has temporarily banned you for excessive spamming, you may continue play in 71 hours"

I WAS JUST SITTING THERE!!!

i see people every day spamming about joining there guilds nonstop and i get banned for sitting there?

Contact support or sit it out.

Perhaps the spamming occured at an earlier time and it was then that the dev team got round to dealing with your individual case. I'm not accusing you of any misbehaviour because I don't know you from Adam but it's a possibility.

So is this a technical problem or what? Maybe you should let customer support know about this, not much we can do besides agree you were treated unfairly.

Keep in mind that a response will probably take over 71 hours and even then it will probably be an automated one.
Also, you may have been banned from spamming somewhere earlier in the day, not just in the hot springs.
