Blessed Insignia question

Blessed Insignia gives +10AL while under the effects of an enchantment. Does this apply only to the base AL on a piece of armor or does it also apply to any secondary AL bonus the piece confers?

For example, warrior armor - 80AL + 20AL vs physical, so 80/100. Would it become 90/110 with the blessed or 90/100?

Yes, the bonus from Blessed will stack with any other innate armor bonuses included on the piece of armor. So a Blessed Insignia will modify a warrior's AL to 90/110, to use your example

It would work like this:

80 (against non-physical damage)

80+20(100) (against physical damage)

80+10(90) (while enchanted and not against physical damage)

80+20+10(110) (while enchanted and against physical damage)

So yes they do stack.
