I Have Forgotten my Email To My Guild Wars Account, I Haven't Played in Over A Year, And i Think It Has Either Been Hacked Or i Forgot My Email Which Is Unlikely as I Don't Think i Have Changed It.

ive tried it several ways of my email i remember my password just cant remember my email ;-(

i know its the correct email as i used it to talk to my mates at college when we played together online sometimes so i might of wanted to switch it to a different email to keep it more secure but i don't think i accepted it because i was still able to play with my old email ;-( whats happened ive contacted plaync they will get back to me in 1 buissness day hopefully i can get it back

if i create a new account with eye of the north but add the keys from my old games will i have the characters from them yes or no ? would this solve the problem or will it just make it worse or not even work

you can't add the keys from your old games

If you have the keys to your old account, send arenanet an email from their support page and tell them your account keys, character names and anything else you can. With any luck they should send you an email back and try to help you.

i can remember most my characters names mostly pve and a few pvp
i can tell them what armours i have for each character nearly my cd keys my old email password ect
what guild im in / was in also

well i got a reply and it looks hopeful i have everything but the receipt to prophecies as i bought it 2 years ago but i bought factions from play.com so thats a bonus.

We won't be much help for you in the matter. Your contacting Anet support is probably your best avenue. By providing them as much information as you possibly can and by answering their questions, you could possibly recover your account. The best approach is patience, as they surely have a protocol to follow when dealing with matters such as yours.
