How Often does Req 7,8,9s drop?

Ive been farming for over a year now and never had one max gold drop be under Req9. So i was wondering if they still drop or how often do they drop if they still drop.And if u can get Reqs that low can u get them out of chests? And is there any special place 2 farm to have one drop?

REq 7s don't drop anymore, max dmg that is and everything is basically random so im pretty sure there isn't a farmable place. If there was then req 8's would be EVERYWHERE

req9 can drop from chests but I don't think req8 does though.

Yes they do drop including req7 max, You just have to know where to find them.

Thats not possible req 7 max was taken out in an update, they still EXIST, from before the update, but they are not inscribable and sell for quite high. They no longer drop anymore

While I don't know if they still do, between the release of Factions and Nightfall I got 3 max gold req 8 weapons - a Gothic sword, an Amber longbow and a rit wand (fortunately not restoration) - and 8 or 10 max purple req 8s as well. The grapes were mostly rit staffs and wands but I know there was also a water staff, they're all in storage somewhere. I have 1 req 8 purple monk staff back from Proph, too. These were all drops, btw.

Ive gotten several req 8 items...ranging from blue-gold. Not a common drop...but they happen, and I dont think Ive ever gotten one from a chest.

As a few have said above me, Im 99.9% sure that req7s in a max dmg form do not drop any longer.

Non-inscribable req7s still drop afaik.

I have definitely gotten a req8 Jade Sword from a Luxon chest before.
