what quest gives you the "plague aura"

I keep seeing people in towns with what looks like a green aura and little bugs around them. I know its from a canthan quest but which one?

Drink from the Chalice of Corruption is the name of the quest you're looking for, I think. After you complete that quest you get the disease aura around you.

Actually you get the aura if you drink from the cup, and DO NOT complete the quest.
NOTE: when outside of town this aura causes 2 or 3 health degen.
