seems pretty imba...considering it dwarfs Eviscerate given the right situation. Do note that 7 adrenaline as opposed to 8 is 1 less swing (or 1 second under 33% IAS)

Body Blow is pretty common instead of Executioner's on an Axe bar without Heal Sig already.

Its a great skill when you pair it with Shell shock on a war/ele build.

The str is rather steep and I think str is a shoddy atribute compared to what you can get from other skills...

+36 for 13 str? Not efficient by any means...

In PvP the only tactics skills worth using are WY, Shields Up, and Heal Sig, Strength is a bad attribute you're right about that. But Rush and Bull's Strike make warriors the bad asses that they are.

Hmm well it seems pretty cool... i like the shell shock combo seems like something i wanna try instead of the routine sever artery/gash combo.
