Ok so i have...

Barrage
Splinter weapon
Fav Winds

What other skills do you suggest are best suited for 8 Man UW aswell as these 3 and how would you spend your att points. (what runes on your armour)

Also what bow and mods are best to bring.

Or even suggest a complete better build for UW altogether if you know one.

[skill]winnowing[/skill] is great also.

As for runes try to use minors.

Get full druid armor/energy boosting armor.
Expertise mask
14 or so marksmanship
14 expertise
Not sure how much in communing.

10 in communing it's the point break to hit 4 adjacent enemy. With 9 only 3 enemy.
A tip: You can add "I am the strongest" norn skill.
I've a rank 8 norn and with the next 7 attack i make +18 damage.
Death pact signet as ress may be useful

Or even suggest a complete better build for UW altogether if you know one. I really try and discourage people from running Barrage in the Underworld. Not only is the effectivness drained out of it due to small numbers of powerful foes (meaning it wont hit as many at once), but also the Smites abuse the skill [skill=text]Shield of Judgment[/skill] which will end up casuing you a lot more hurt than it will them.

If I were to suggest a build I would suggest either using the elite [skill=text]Burning Arrow[/skill] (try and focus on one enemy at a time and bring them down quickly) or [skill=text]Magebane Shot[/skill] (to interrupt the Dryders, Cold Fires, Smites etc). Make sure to bring Savage/Distracting Shot also and something along the lines of [skill=text]Natural Stride[/skill] so you can kite away while being abused by Axtees/Smites/Grasping Darkness.

Wakka Agreed on this. Splinter has its merits, but not in uw. As interupter/single target hate you are going to be much more usefull.
