PC r7 Ornate Buckler

I found this on one of my Koss' and was wondering what (if anything) its worth:

Ornate Buckler (gold)
AL16 r7
Armor +8 (vs. Skeletons)
R'cvd physical damage -3 (while hexed)

Thanks for any input.

maybe 10-20k cause of req 7 but cant see it going any higher
