There is a section dedicated to farming and making money. Just go to The Campfire and go to Farming bellow that.

I have no doubt that you will quickly find a farming build there suited to your needs

just a quick note for ya, pretty much any proffession can farm. Just depends where you want to farm. 55 monks are good for most areas, and ele's can be really handy too. IMO they're my first choice when it comes to farming. Like Zodiak said there's a forum section dedicated to this, or you can check out PvXwiki for some quick ideas in the farming section...

In my opinion, you would have better luck joining an existing guild than to make one yourself. Creating a guild costs money, joining a guild is easier and is generally free. No worthwhile guild will make the new member pay the fee.

That way you can spend your booty working on your character.
