What is the best sequence to tackle these in order from easiest to hardest?

I think I'm trying to hit the hardest ones first.

Thanks.

Good idea
* Fronis Irontoe's Lair
* Secret Lair of the Snowmen

* Bloodstone Caves (nice and short)
* Heart of the Shiverpeaks (a smiter needed, pretty easy)
* Raven's Point (have a high Dwarf rank and bring Alkar's Aid)
* Sepulchre of Dragrimmar (pain inverter and fire magic FTW)
* Cathedral of Flames (Smiters)

* Arachni's Haunt (pain inverter, blind, SS, condition removal, nukage)
* Catacombs of Kathandrax (if you know what's in there it's a cakewalk)
* Bogroot Growths (mixed, but just go balanced)
* Darkrime Delves (anti KD and Pain Inverter)

* Oola's Lab (No MMs, otherwise balanced)
* Ooze Pit (balanced again, with a good tank)

* Vloxen Excavations (long, lots of big mobs, very mixed, cool boss)
* Rragar's Menagerie (mixed again, go balanced)

* Frostmaw's Burrows (long and nasty, hex removal, consumables)
* Shards of Orr (Arg! smiters, condition removal)

* Slavers' Exile (lots of consumables, frozen soil, perfect pulling)

I'd say something like that for myself. Spaces indicate a similar level of difficulty but even within groups the ones nearer the bottom are harder

I think it would be really good if we could get together some sort of Dungeon Difficulty and general tips page for the Wiki. Maybe include a difficulty of 1-10 for each dungeon along with skill advice, party builds and main foes. I think it'd be really useful

I agree mostly with the above order, however make sure you check the thread on Catacombs of Kathandrax. Say you play Sab's Team, it is pretty easy until the boss, but the boss is near impossible with that particular H/H team. Or it was for me anyways.

Many of the dungeons have little quirks.

Also, I seem to recall interrupters are helpful in Sepulchre of Dragrimmar.

Yeah, Catacombs is a very focused caster/fire dungeon. you pretty much don't fight anything else. So Maelstorm, Ward Against Harm, Extinguish and Pain Inverter will make this easy. There's a few ettin as well but they don't pose much a threat with the casters down.

You said you want to do the hardest first, but unless you're a hard core GW player (e.g, always in HM, does a lot of high end areas) then I'd recommend going in the order of easiest to hardest. there are things you'll learn in Ooze pit that you'll need for Slaver's for example.

Order of difficulty isn't the same in soft mode as in hard mode.

That's very true. As a caster, I can stomach pretty much everything else but incubi popups (especially the stormcloud variety) in HM are just batsh*t crazy

Thanks everyone very much. This will be a VERY big help.

mazey, I meant to say, I was unknowingly picking the hard ones first. You know, walk in and getting slapped to -60% on the 1st level.

A very very easy dungeon is the arachnid lair. Bring a MM and it becomes stupid easy.

I find Vloxen 10x harder than Frostmaw's.

I was able to H/H Frostmaw's in HM on my first try with barely any casualties. I've only managed to make it to the second level of Vloxen once, and then when I met the first group of supped up, elite summit in the second level I couldn't out damage their healers.

Seriously, why is a normal dungeon harder than the master's dungeons? If I wanted to fight the elite summit, I'd do Slaver's, which I never, ever want to do again.
