I have an old suit of Glad's armor crafted back in the day when pretty much every warrior had their boots Knight's or Charr Hide because the -3dmg reduction was global and all dmg. Then at various points as more campaigns came out they nerfed the dmg reduction to only physical and also made it local. I had heard conflicting reports back then that the items that were already crafted were still global. I never gave it much though because I wasnt wearing that set much. Now as I revamp and dye my glad's for a second look and to have an energy set I want the pieces to make sense. I like the look of the charr hide boots and if it was global I might consider keeping them.
I apologize for rehashing this again but now that the good wiki is gone things like this arent discussed on the official crap wiki. Anyone have a definitive answer?
