Xunlai Agent still says I am not registered

Hey guys. I made my Xunlai Tournament House predictions for the first time for the December tournement, however today I went to check the amount of points I earned, he is still telling me to register over at the site. My e-mail seems ot be correct. If none of your predictions are close, will it present this message?

Have you spoken with Tolkano in your guild hall to register your account there?

Yes I have, I am registered and have tried talking to the agent with the character I am registered with.

My account seems to be exactly the same as my Guild Wars account name. I have logged in with my registered character(with Talkano) and it is still telling me to "join in on the fun". Anybody have any ideas? Thanks
