ok so i did the GWEN free trial for five hours last weekend, and finally bought the actual game. so i got pretty far in the game during the trial, and now when i try to access the the towns and outposts, it wont let me. when i try to get into the crevasse, i cant and when i talk to len, he says jack shit.

i need some help cause this game actually paid money for this shit!

Did you add the full game access key to your account from your log in screen where it says "manage access keys"?

Have you tried on all your characters?

Yup sounds like you started a new account and didn't add it to the trial one you made.
There is no way to link them now that I know of but just ask support and you might get lucky.
Just confirming you need buy one of the games Profs factions or Nightfall PLUS The Eye of the North Expansion or the Profs/Eye bundle.

sounds like you brought GWEN and not one of the other chapters, you need a chapter to activate GWEN, or the reversal. A chapter but no GWEN

Guys, he says he's talking to Len, the guy in Lion's Arch. So clearly he has at least Prophecies.

To the OP.

* What exactly is the error message you get when you try to enter a town?
* Tried on other characters?
* Double check the access key got added to the account. Go to the char selection screen and into the "Manage keys" section.
* Take this information to the support section on Guildwars.com. It sounds like something on their end. They'll sort it out for you with a bit of patience

You don't really give enough info to go on, but here's a few things.

Are you using the same character(s) that you used in the trial?

Is there an Asuran Gate on the map now? If, there is, use that to get to EoN.

I doubt it's even possible to make that mistake. EotN is not a standalone; it must be linked to something.
