PC Please Help! Golds

I am fairly new to the game and have never sold anything to another player, just merchants. I want to start trading and want to be fair as possible about it, any help is MUCH appreciated!

Just a couple questions also, is it better to sell inscriptions by themselves? And if so, how do you tell their value? Also I'm not sure what the the Chance percentages really mean, are higher or lower Chances more desireable?

Dolyak - 1-3k if you can find a buyer. the skin is really common
Barrel Hammer - what does 16^30 mean? if you meant 15^50, it can't be 15^50 and +5energy. please edit your original post to make that weapon more clear

Regarding inscriptions, it depends on the value of the inscription and the item on which it is. For example, a -5/20% inscription on a req 13 tactics ancient shield should be salvaged because the inscription is worth more than the weapon and will be easier to sell on its own. However, even something like a 15^50 inscription on, say, a req 9 Runic Blade or something isn't worth salvaging because of the chance that the weapon could break (unless you decide to use a perfect salvage kit). To know the value of inscriptions, watch trade ingame or watch the PC forum here. Vigorously.
The chance percentages are the possibility that the action will happen. For example, your Dolyak Prod Staff has Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%). This means that there's a 20% chance that the recharge time of your spells will be cut in half by the game. So if you use a spell with a 6 second recharge, there's a 20% chance that the game will make it recharge in 3 seconds. Higher percentages are better.

I think he means the hammer has 16-30 damage. If that is the case, it isn't max so salvage the inscription.
