New Year's Resolutions -- Guild Wars Style ?

My New Years Guild Wars resolution is to play much, much less. My New Years Real Life resolution is to lose weight. Wonder if I'll have the same resolutions next year. -Woop

In-game resolution: Less armor, more fame.

IRL resolutions: Buy a new watch so I can get up earlier and get in class on time. And being less sick.

My New Years GW resolution is to stop playing this game as much, it's such a time waste.

My new years resolution is to be less focussed on hunting in-game targets. Last year I invested a lot of effort to get the "I'm Very Important" title, but I'm satisfied now. :-) I will try to get the Underworld / Urgoz Warren / The Deep monuments tho.

My Guild Wars New Year's resolution is to finally get Canthan Grandmaster Cartographer on my ritualist, and to get good enough at PvP to join a good GvG guild.

To find something that interests me to keep me playing for another year while waiting for GW2 :S

My Guild wars resolution is to finally get FOW for my mina character, my monk and to finish out my KoBD title. Work on getting weapons to max my HoM. Got a big year ahead of me but since I'm disabled and have no life and with my hubby's help i should be able to get it done.

Yeah My Monks News Years Res. is to get her FoW armour and to get Protector of Tyria title.What is the signifacance of this though?What will Anet do to help us achieve this let more ectos drop etc?

My new year's resolution is to acquire gladiator title (only 30 points) and get a good drop. (two years playing the best i drop was a pyroclastic axe req 11 -_-)

My New Year's resolution is to stop spending all my gold on minipets and try to save up for some nice 15k armour for at least 1 of my 16 characters. Oh... and to stop creating new characters just because I thought up another funny name! (Signed: Prince Charrming)

My New Years Relsolution is to complete with my Main Character everything..what can be done to complete with a Character totally in all kinds of ways GW1 to become with my Account GW2 ready...

This means:

- Collecting 20 further Minipets that I'm missing out of 40+ (most r easy to get, other then those ridiculous rare ones, which have too high prices to be buyed ever by a non gold buying/botting person >.>..iE. Grawl,Oni,Panda,Mallyx,Kanaxai,Isle Guardian,Zhed,Vizu,Naga,Shiroken Sin, Greased Lightning)

When you really want to collect all minipets..you must be in this game godly rich and this sucks...not too mention..that these ones are much too rare

- Getting KoaBD maxed (this includes further 24 titles for my Main Char to max..what is an insane thing ...)
Getting so much titles maxed takes absolutely too much time..this needs years ... which normal thinking people with a "life" will get so much maxed titles..before GW2 will release ...

Really..certain titles need really to become finally account based to speed up the progress of title maxing ... its ok, when it needs like a half year to max enough titles to max KoaBD..but how it is atm..it takes like over 2 years and thats not normal anymore...it requires you really to play daily like 5-7+hours just to keep the required time needed somehow as low as possible...
So when you really want..that as much as possible GW1 Players become GW2 ready..before GW2 gets released ... tweak the titles ...
make more account wide..reduce amounts of required points or raise the points we get by playing to collect quicker the needed points to speed the whole progress more up ...

because i doubt, that anyone wants really to play further GW1 over years just to get KoaBD maxed for the HoM...when GW2 is for that given tiem released and you really don't wish you more..then to play GW2...but then there is the Stuff about the HoM..which you really want to have complete first..before you start GW2...

I want get finally more Information about GW2 ^^ XD We know all now like for a half year+...that GW2 will come and yet we know only so less about GW2 nor have we seen yet any GW2 Concepts....and you Anet you developers are the ones, which must know best..which questions about GW2 burn on our minds most .... *burns* XD uhm, but further in the Text


- Buying all the Elite Armors for my Main Char ... got again such expensive >.> meh ..Farm Wars ... *cough*

- Getting all Elite Armors for my Heroes ....will cost again some money..because Im too lazy to get them by my own...there should be an Armor remnant Seller *g*

- Gettign all the 11 Destroyer Weapons ..god in hell again such extreme expensive thigns >.> this farm Wars will never end ...
11x 250 granite plates... 110 Diamonds..110 Onyx, 11x5 or 10 platin what it was god in hell...which gamer should farm so much money and stuff..to get ever the Hom absolute complete..before GW2 releases X______X *R.I.P*

- Get for my main Char (Ranger) all special Ranger Pets thewn then when i'm ready with Phoenix and Black Widdow...and I'm finally tier 2 KoaBD..get this awesome Rainbow Phoenix ...

- when I'm anytime after ages done with PvE ...then I've still ages of playign GW1 before me..playing PvP >.> OMG ..just to get the PvP Titles maxed ...
what will never happen in the GW world of PvP Elitism...where you have to be R6+ Hero just before people start looking with their elitism ass to you oO

And when you have/want no TS/Vent or so..you can forget it also....not to mention that you first need to be also in a pvp playing GUILD....when you have then at least one..that "can" except..that there also exist pvp players that dislike TS and can still play good with enough training..than you can consider you really to be lucky.. sure TS is good in general to increase the chances of winning..but its not ever really neccessary as long your team is skilled and plays very often together. so that people know each others play style..
Good that these titles are at least account based >.> but that will help me as a pve player with no TS/vent nothing anyhow XD, especially when you don#t like to have ever a little micro at your mouth that is so hyper sensitive..that even some millimetres are enough, that people won't hear you correctly anymore X_X

My New Years Resolution is the never getting fulfilled Wish of becoming ever finished with my Main Char in GW1..so that I can freely start playing GW2..without ever having the feeling..that i've still something left to do in GW1 what will ever be in my Mind X_X ..R.I.P

And also get a nice blood staff for my Nerco. Or curses.

My new year's Guild Wars resolutions would be:
*on my main character:
- finish cartography in Elona so I'm finally a Legendary Cartographer.
- Vanquish Elona, Cantha, and perhaps Tyria if there's time.
- Max out all reputation titles.
- Try gathering enough gold for the sweet tooth and the party animal titles
- Basically see how far I can get to becoming GWAMM.

*on my 9 other characters:
- become Protector of Elona (last continent they need to finish)
- finish EotN (hero's handbook)
- capture all primary elite skills
- learn all primary skills

And of course help out my guildmates and continue playing with em as much as I can. ^^

LdoA is... so... Terribly boring. I still don't see why a PvP arena or higher level boss can't be added... I don't care if it'd take a really long time to get to level 20, death-leveling is just plain boring.

Thats pretty much the same as mine

On my main do as much as i can now in hard mode while enjoying the game. Complete nearly everything on him having a substantial amount towards the GWAMM title.
Finally do urgoz, the deep and kill rotscale which i have never got around to.

with other proffesions i want to:
- complete all 3 campaigns as well as obtain protector titles
- complete EOTN - maybe dungeons and see if rep title and EOTN title come into this.
-get atleats 1 15k or prestige armor for them each
-develope my understanding in their skills and be able to take on different roles and builds within a team.
-Obtain all elites for their primary profesion
