We already get money upon vanquishing. I do not think an extra chest is needed.

As much as I love free goodies, free goodies (aka Zaishen Chest) have already destroyed the economy enough. This would just be a final blow.

I think the chest should definitely be repeatable just like end dungeon chests are repeatable. However I also think the "rewards" that come out of the chest should scale with the difficulty of the vanquished area. Base it on # of enemies you had to kill.
So, if you vanquish Zen Daijun explorable with a Canthan native (kill 1 pet and you're done) the chest spawn yields a reward of 5-10 gold.
Vanquish Shadow's Passage (8-14 enemies) and the chest drops a crappy non-max purple item or 5-10 items of a common crafting material.
Vanquish an area with ~100 enemies and you get a half decent gold.
Vanquish an area with 300+ enemies and you get a nice reward.
Bottom Line: Add a chest so we feel like our vanquishing efforts were appreciated by Balthazar or whomever, but don't add something that will make us rich. If the area was a 300+ enemy vanquish then put some really nice items in the chest like eternal blades or crystallines, but make the drop rate for those items something like 1 in 10,000.

Excellent idea, very nice reward idea system!
I am in favor of the following:
- Continent Vanquishing Chest (Four in total)
- Non-Repeatable
- Those who have already obtained such, will be rewarded with said items in their Inventory upon /special emote command

Improve the Golden items drop & chest spawn rate for Legendary Vanquisher tittle, like treasure hunter for lockpicks.
