Constructive Comments on PvP Build

this build puts 4 conditions on the target and hits them hard with armor-ignoring damage.

My overall goal is to cause conditions, then hit them with the signets for armor-ignoring damage. If the damage doesn't kill them, the conditions usually will.

Here are my questions:
Does anyone see other ways to cause conditions...maybe without using a hex first?
Is there a better hex I can use to get this chain rolling?
What skill changes can i make to accomplish the overall goals of causing conditions and using [card]Signet of Deadly Corruption[/card] and [card]Signet of Toxic Shock[/card]?
Is there a better way of distributing my attribute points?

Seeping Wound = fail.
Signet of Deadly Corruption = fail.
Siphon Speed > Seeping wound for your hex and freeing up a slot for res and a better elite. And why do you have 2 superiors are you dumb? Drop the superior on critical for a minor and if you do anything other then AB with 1 superior you are dumb..

I was messing around with a build that looked almost exactly like this but it was running AP and shadow walk. I was doing pretty good with it

BADASS - why i should not use 2 superior runes?
my health was not too adversely affected and the extra bump it gave my skills seemed to be good.
do you have a suggestion on what elite skill i should take?

-150 hp isnt good even for a sin who is suppose to go in and get out quickly. Many people have no idea how to play them in ab. Also the no heal with -150 hp is very bad idea.
Seeping wound is a very poor elite many people bring condition removal into ab or have lots of regen.
If you are going for a higher deadly arts dmg drop down crits to 9 or 10 and dagger to 10 you can get 14 deadly with no sup runes.

Horrible elite, 2 sup runes with no self heal, no snare/knockdown, pretty bad damage. This build is bad.

With 2 sups, your going to have to put full survivor, and your build uses too much energy to go full survivor.
Critical Strikes is energy-management based off luck, do not ever rely on it to save you, if your build cannot truly support itself without luck, your putting yourself in a very risky situation. You can wait for your energy to happen before you spike, but by then many things can happen in those short few seconds.
in AB, I'm guessing you may want to try capping, your health is far too low, the npc's will target and wipe you out with ease, players will decimate you.
If your ever relying on critical strikes to be able to support your combo, you need to boost it. I believe I have found a way to help you do so.
Change
Dagger 8 + 3
Deadly Arts 11 + 1
Critical Strikes 11 + 4
to
Dagger: 8+1+1
Deadly arts 9+1
Critical strikes 11+2
Run Full Survivors, a Rune of Superior Vigor, and one rune of attunement.
Your health should come to
600 with daggers of fortitude.
And 27 energy.
Your energy will be 32 with +5 energy daggers, which you will use when needed.
Skills
[card]Black mantis thrust[/card][card]Black spider Strike[/card][card]Twisting Fangs[/card][card]Signet of Deadly Corruption[/card][card]Signet of Toxic Shock[/card][card]Siphon Strength[/card][card]Resurrection Signet[/card]
And one optional slot
Lets say your optional slot is

Both are good, sadist's will give you a respectable heal, when your capping.
In AB you replace the resurrection signet, With dash.
For AB, hex a ranger target from Spell caster range, that ranger will be less of a threat to you.
Siphon will give you 33% more chance to critical strike.
Take out your Zealous or vampiric daggers, hit once or twice, you have a good chance for criticals to give you energy.
If not Zealous daggers will give you good enough energy.
Start your combo with Zealous if you lack the energy.
BMT,BSS,TF, and then your signets.
If you find energy lacking switch to +5 energy daggers.
That ranger will be dead, Siphon strength should almost be recharged, cast it on the other ranger once it is, you will/are still alive if no one else attacked you.
Take out vampiric daggers, and just auto attack for a bit, this will heal you up a small bit.
Once your ready, unleash your spike and he will die.
The Shrine is yours.
On the warrior shrine carry a long bow, trigger one to come for you, try and pull him, if 2 come, Quickly siphon 1 (especially if its an elite warrior), spike him and kite the other warrior for a bit until siphon is ready, then wipe him out.
Your builds spike will deal 100 damage armor ignoring from Signet of Deadly Corruption.
And 70 armor ignoring damage from Signet of Toxic Shock, + 100 damage from Deep Wound, and additional damage from your combo.
You have +78 damage from your combo, which means you have 348 armor ignoring damage.
but thats not all.
From your daggers which add damage to your + damage from your skills
Your damage should be closer to 400!
With SIphon strength and a good chance to critical, you may do 416 (higher or lower) damage!
to a 60 Al target!
Seeping wound is not needed as you already have -7 health degeneration, 14 health a second.
This counteracts troll unguent nicely, and against the warriors you have enough fire power to wipe them out as well.
You Could Bring mending touch if you want, OR
You could bring Sadist's signet.
I have not tested the build as I lack EoTn.
However I have SoDC from the trial =P so I can see the strength..
The build looks good for AB otherwise

If you want 4 conditions and to do something useful, use [skill]Temple Strike[/skill] as your elite.
Use siphon speed as your hex.
Now you have: cripple, bleeding, daze, blind.
For the rest, be creative.

Well, since you have not stated what kind of PvP it is for, the problems with your build are:
- No res.
- 2 sup runes = low health = low survival.
- Crap elite.
- Very unflexable.
- Owned by RC or Draw conditions.
Summed up in two words: EPIC FAIL.

Signet of Deadly Corruption is an awesome skill if you can stack the right amount of conditions on a target. I love using it with Shroud of Silence because the target can't remove the conditions unless they use a Signet. I pretty much always run the above build in Alliance Battles. Most people don't see it coming until it's too late. Works great if you use the build as a Raner too, Lightning Reflexes is an awesome cover to stop interrupts while activating signets, while also providing a much needed IAS and reducing the cost of your skills thanks to Expertise.
